Enjoy Healthy Living Ltd was established in March 2004 to raise awareness of the link between diet, exercise and long-term health through promotions, materclasses, training and educational activities in companies and the general public, whilst working with schools and associated agencies to prepare young people for work.

The business has significantly developed to offer fitness industry qualifications, including development of my own skills in the areas of Exercise to Music, Gym Instruction, Water-Based Exercise and Health Related Exercise for Children, to ensure high quality standards in the delivery of the Central YMCA fitness industry qualifications.

To complement the business further, we offer Beauty Therapy Apprenticeships, with treatments offered at reduced rates to the general public, who are models for our students in our beauty salon, based in Harrogate. To book an appointment, please ring 01423 560383.
