What you need to attend this course .......

3 GCSEs at grade D or any relevant Foundation Level course.  We will prepare you for work by requiring you to be reliable, work under supervision and able to meet course work deadlines.  It is essential that you are prepared to study and practice outside of training. You will also be required to attend an interview to secure your training place.

Course duration .......

One year

Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or Massage Route.

You will learn .......

• Health and safety within the salon environment
• Provide facial skin care treatments
• Promote additional products 
• Enhance the appearance of eyebrows and lashes
• Provide a manicure service
• Provide a pedicure service
• Carry out waxing services
• Provide make-up services

Progression .......

Work within a beauty salon, beauty industry suppliers and potentially self-employment after gaining experience.

Level 3 Beauty Therapy, subject to satisfactory achievement of Level 2 Beauty Therapy and interview.

Government funding is available for those who qualify. 

This course can also be funded by the learner.
