Deborah Pufal is a full-time lecturer in Nutrition & Health at the University of Huddersfield where she has been teaching both Nutrition and Biochemistry since 1996. Her teaching experience covers both higher and further education.
Deborah has also delivered the Royal Institute of Public Health courses in Nutrition & Health at both certificate and diploma level, to a variety of groups. Groups ranging from the general public through to specific groups, such as the National Childbirth Trust, Womens Groups, the National Day Nursery Association, Local Councils, Oldham PCT and to the Food Industry.
